Saturday morning we had our make-up session with the Skeltons. We had originally scheduled their 30-minute mini-session (a great option for families with young children!) two weekends ago, but had to cancel due to weather. But then here we were, this Saturday morning, feeling anxious as heavy grey clouds were again rolling in over the city. The weatherman said 80% chance of rain, but one never knows what that really means, and we didn’t want to have to reschedule again, so we decided to be optimistic. With fingers crossed, we headed to the park. We had about 10 minutes before the first few sprinkles. In that time we managed to get some nice pics of each parent individually with each boy.
But then the rain picked up. We all agreed we were going to stick around and make the best of the morning and were willing to get creative and in order to get what shots we could. The Skeltons had driven into town from Katy with their two young boys, and everyone was looking their best – we weren’t going to let a few little rain drops stop us.
